Reggie came to visit us a RVC in November, so we thought it might be nice to share his story...

Earlier this year we were visited by Reggie, a dog that had been adopted by a loving family in Roma after being removed from a less desirable home a month or so earlier...

Reggie was constantly having tummy upsets and vomiting, and after deliberating over a couple of visits to RVC, we decided to take an xray to try and find the problem...

As you can see Reggie had a foreign body within his abdomen!

Reggie was prepped for surgery and as we suspected from the radiographs, we removed a slug gun round from his abdomen.

Since his surgery Reggie no longer has symptoms, and is very happy in his new home where he is very loved!
